As a Certified Mental Game Coach with over 20+ years of experience, I work with person inside the player. I help athletes overcome the need to play perfect, manage their emotions when under pressure, and release the fears and doubts that block them from being the best player they can be.I have worked with athletes in baseball, softball, hockey, golf, swimming from youth level to the professional level.I am also the author of the book, “Stepping Up to the Plate” where I personally interviewed over 300 Major League Baseball players, coaches, managers and Hall of Famers such as Albert Pujols, David Ortiz, and Alex Rodriguez about what it takes to handle adversity and achieve success at the highest level.As a motivational speaker I've spoken to hundreds of organizations, most notably at the baseball Hall of Fame. My other claim to fame is pitching against Major League Baseball's all-time home run king Barry Bonds one time in college. I am proud to say that I “held" Bonds to only a double!
