• Estimate costs of building custom homes and create construction budgets• Project managed home that was entered into the Parade of Homes 2018• Design customer options – kitchen/bath, deck, closet, cabinet and storage design• Negotiate with trades to ensure competitive pricing• Create and issue subcontract and scopes of work to trade partners and manage all change orders• Develop relationships with trade partners to ensure better pricing and schedule adherence• Participate in the home design process with homeowners, construction manager and int. designer
