I have worked for Kerr and Co Residential since 2001 and have moved with the company as we have progressed and increased our market share in the West London area. I worked through the rebranding process from Willmotts to Kerr and Co. My role in the company has predominantly been on sales side, selling £5m sites to houses and flats. I look after the whole process from valuation stage, through to selling the property and then processing the sale. Client care and customer service is something I excel in and by doing this I have become an integral part of the local community by being on hand to give professional advice. During my time at the company I have dealt with some of the largest property companies in the industry, valuing and selling lots of unusual properties from the sale of commercial buildings, HMO's, properties with regulated tenants to places with obscure leases. As an agency we like to think we can sell anything and iron out any problems which may arise during the process.
