I am a Public Safety Professional with over a 20 years of experience in the field. Experienced in Communication Systems implementation and project management. A Retired Chief of the Division of 9-1-1 at the Sussex County Sheriff’s Office. I was responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term technology needs of the Office by ensuring that current services are offered at the highest level by investing in, and implementing, public safety technology. My commitment to excellence, exceptional dedication, and outstanding service to Public Safety and the Public have been recognized by various public safety entities. Certified Public Manager (CPM) and a Communication Center Manager (CMCP) by the National Emergency Number Association (NENA). My career has revolved around technology, with a focus on wired and wireless communications networks, systems and subcomponents. I was the lead project manager for the Sussex County 6 site VHF Paging System in 2019. As a board-certified interior firefighter, fire officer, apparatus driver/engineer, and a Fire Official. I put these to use as an active volunteer in my community fire department, where I served as Chief from 2013-2015. I am is also a member of the County’s Type 2 Incident Management Team since its inception in 2009. I fulfill the role of Communications Unit Leader. I now uses my skill set to assist Motorola Solutions to support the Flex Cad Product. I am the Regional Support Asset for New York and New Jersey. I assist in upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting of Software. In addition i manage a personal connection with each agency to ensure successful operations of their system 24/7. I strive to get things done timely and accuratly to ensure stability.
