Throughout my career and studies, I have grown both personally and professionally. I began as a graphic design student in the Netherlands, completing a year-long placement in Belfast at Creativ3, where I managed graphic design projects and collaborated with clients and stakeholders. This experience taught me to work independently and as part of a team using various Adobe software.After graduating, I joined Concentrix in Belfast as a Cisco Pre-Sales assistant. Here, I honed my customer service skills by professionally handling calls and requests from businesses across the UK and Europe.My fascination with technology and Apple products led me to a Specialist role at Apple, where I provided tailored solutions and developed strong communication skills. I appreciated Apple’s open feedback culture, which fostered growth and teamwork.Seeking further growth, I studied Computer Science at Belfast Met Millfield after building my own gaming PC. I enjoyed learning about networking, programming, computer architecture, and cybersecurity. After completing my BTEC Level 5 course, I continued at Queen’s University Belfast as a second-year Computer Science student.While studying, I advanced my career at Apple by becoming an Operation Specialist. In this role, I maintained high product lifecycle standards, handled complex tasks, made strategic decisions, and collaborated with external stakeholders. The fast-paced environment during launches and holidays taught me to maintain composure, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly.
