I am a trained and experienced Development Specialist with a Masters degree in Development Studies. Born in a poverty-stricken village in Africa, I have had a firsthand experience of forced labour in Ghana; that gives me intimate knowledge of developmental issues facing, children,youth and women.I have over 8 years of experience in the non-profit and development sector across Africa and internationally. To this end, I have provided leadership and oversight for developing strategic programmes on ending forced labour, modern slavery/human trafficking, child protection, education, women economic empowerment/livelihoods, youth empowerment, policy advocacy, community development, micro-finance programmes, anti-slavery campaigns, organizational development and action/policy research.
