But I am most hooked by the joy of building impactful tech that helps to make lives better, and cultivating the right culture and practices that enables this. Till date, together with amazingly talented teams, i have helped to bring 7+ products into the world, in less than half the time it usually takes.In my experience starting-up and leading a software development agency from scratch, I have learned that software development is a collaborative team sport that is best done when smart creatives are given the space to do good, and an empirical approach is adopted where outcomes matter more than opinions. In the world today, beset by new challenges and changing norms, an empowering culture is even more relevant and needed, both in tech and non-tech.I believe in living a principled life, creating value, and serving a purpose greater than oneself.In my free time, you can find me enjoying life with my family and friends, exercising, playing music or reading up on a wide range of topics from philosophy to architecture to science and economics.
