I am a graduate of Gonzaga University, formerly working in Health & Benefits Consulting as an Analyst, now working in programmatic and award management where I support Care Transformation to achieve the movement of health care practices from fee-for-service models towards value-based programs and improved patient outcomes.My past work experience since graduating has been in the insurance sector, where I spent half a year working as a Financial Associate at Northwestern Mutual. Following this position, I spent two years working at Mercer on the company's largest client as a Health & Benefits Analyst, working mainly on performance management and financial reporting. Beginning in 2016, I moved into a position as a Health & Benefits Analyst at Aon Hewitt, supporting a book-of-business of seven clients ranging in employee size from small (500 or less) to large market (10,000+). In September 2016, I moved from H&B consulting to the world of Health Care Transformation. I now work as a Program Operations Specialist for UW Medicine, where I support the WWAMI Practice Transformation Network (PTN) under the Office of the Associate Chief Medical Officer.
