HomesighT, Inc. is a multi-home/building inspector firm who hasperformed over 10,000 inspections. Responsibilities include performingindependent home and building inspections for potential buyers, sellers, orindependent clients. Inspections involve visual examination of the entirestructure and operating components of the home or building per theWisconsin State Standards. Preparing a computer generator report forclients containing the inspection findings. Other responsibilities includeongoing education, component inspections, superior communication withclients and/or Real Estate professionals, performing air quality tests, moldtesting, Radon tests, asbestos sampling, mold sampling, sewer scopes, poolinspections, expert witness testimony, and utilizing inspection equipmentsuch as moisture meters, drones and carbon monoxide testers.Administrative responsibilities include scheduling inspections, data entry,website development and upkeep, word processing, customer service, basicaccounting, developing and executing effective marketing plans andprocedures.

National instructor responsible for conducting home inspection, marketingand support programs training to people interested in becoming aprofessional and successful home inspector. Training includes classroom,hand-on field training and on-going support.

Acts as the focal point and key national representative for thisprofessional home inspector association and reports directly to theBoard of Directors. The President is responsible for leading, growing,directing and managing the organization in a manner consistent with themission, vision and values of the organization, and doing so in a fiscallyresponsible and ethically sound manner. Working in concert withExecutive Director and the Board of Directors, The President willengage in envisioning the future of the organization, providingleadership, playing a key role in setting the strategic direction of itsactivities and initiatives, and putting them into action.

Instructs through power point presentation, federal and state code books,classroom interaction and hands on exercises the federal and stateapproved asbestos and/or lead certification classes. These classes helpindividuals become aware of asbestos and/or lead when working in thefield. Classes also provide individuals the mental tools needed tosuccessfully pass the competency exams for mandatory licensing inorder to legally perform safe lead and/or asbestos work.

Responsible for the uniform and successful operation of this state wideprofessional association. Specific duties include presiding over boardand membership meetings. Appoints committees and acts as an ex-officio member of all committees. Assigns projects approved by theboard of directors to board members and committees. Reports directly tothe members at regular meetings on the state of affairs of the associationand the activities of the board of directors. Serves as the officialspokesperson for the association. Authenticates checks for theexpenditure of the association funds. Executes all articles ofamendments, which amend the articles of incorporation. Undertakesother duties or assignments as determined by the Board of Directors oras set fourth in the Bylaws.

Assist in instructing the two-day National Center for Healthy Housingcredential course. This training help individuals understand theconnection between health and housing and how to take a holisticapproach to identify and resolve problems, which threaten the health andwell-being of residents.

Responsible for providing advice and assistance to the district board sothat the Wisconsin Technical College System can provide relevantcareer education. The advisory committee responsibilities includemeeting periodically and communicating as a group with an objective tomonitor the home inspection career program and exchange ideas withthe intentions to maintain interest and involvement in the program.

LEAD – AIRCRAFT GROOMERCoordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning interiors andexteriors of the airline’s entire aircraft fleet. Trained and supervised acrew of approximately 10 people. Observed work procedures andinspected completed work to ensure adherence to efficiency and safetystandards, quality of work, and cleaning requirements. Inventoried andordered replacement cleaning and sanitary supplies. Recorded inspectionresults and sanitary supplies used on cleaning report and scheduledgrooming procedures accordingly.

DAY SHIFT SUPERVISORResponsible for the safe movement of 9 squadron aircrafts. Supervisedthe scheduled and unscheduled detection, prevention, and treatment ofcorrosion on P3C aircraft. Responsible for scheduling work andassigning tasks. Adjusted distribution of materials and manpower toaccommodate changes in work load. Acted as troubleshooter. Preparedand conducted training classes. Received the squadron’s Safety ProAward. Acted as Training Petty Officer.COLLATERAL DUTY INSPECTORPrepared maintenance instructions and supervised their implementation.Perform inspections of maintenance and precision measuring equipmentto ensure compliance with the calibration and safety directives.Reviewed log books and records for completeness and accuracy.Performed inspections of aircraft during phase checks, specialinspections, and additional inspections as required.POWERPLANTS MECHANICResponsible for the corrective and preventive maintenance of aircraftfuel and engine system. Acted as a troubleshooter. Identified andcorrected safety hazards.
