As the Executive Director of AIFP, the association of innovative pharmaceutical industry in the Czech Republic, I lead the strategic direction and advocacy of our members, who represent more than 70% of the market share in the country. I oversee the legal, regulatory, and policy affairs of the association, ensuring compliance with the highest ethical and professional standards. With a Master's degree in Law from Univerzita Karlova v Praze, I have a strong background and passion for the legal aspects of the pharmaceutical sector. I started my career as a legal assistant at AIFP, where I gained valuable experience in preparing legal documents, writing legal opinions, and conducting legal research. I then progressed to the role of General Secretary and Lawyer, where I managed the daily operations and legal matters of the association, as well as coordinated the communication and cooperation with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, media, and NGOs. My core competencies include law, legal writing, legal document preparation, and advocacy. I am also skilled in public relations, project management, and strategic planning. I am motivated by the vision of improving the health and well-being of the Czech population, by supporting the innovation and development of the pharmaceutical industry. I am always eager to learn new things, collaborate with diverse teams, and face new challenges.
