Ltd was founded in 2004 and has since then been engaging inresearching and producing main shaft of wind turbine generator and roller shaft as well as other forging products, which can be applied to areas of energy, transmission, petrifaction, molding and ships ect. With many years of development, our company has accumulated lot of sophisticated technology and expericence. To date, we have a complete manufacturing system with the production capacity of 3000 sets every year. We have passed through Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 or GB/T 19001-2008, Environmental Management System ISO 14001：2004 or GB/T 24001-2004, Occupitional Health and Safty Management System GB/T28001-2001. we are the members of both Confederation of Chinese Metal Forming Industry and Chinese Wind Energy Association.In the past years, our manufacturing process has been complete and perfect. The main manufacturing process consists of forging, heat treatment, inspection, machining, painting coating and packing. we can deliver all the finished products after forging, heat treatment, maching,painting and packing. And also, we can produce strickly according to our clients’ drawings and specifications.Our company has 8 workshops, Forging Workshops, Heat Treatment Workshops and Machining Workshops and coating workshops. we have established physical and chemical labs with advanced instruments of UT, Impact testing machine, Universal tensile testing machine, Metallographic microscope and C &S analyzer etc. with which we can guarantee the delivery and quality. Now, we have esteablished a successful and long- term relationship with GE, Siemens, Accoina, Suzlon, Nordex, Senvion, Guodian United power and Zhejiang Hewind ect.
