Lederbord is a startup that makes portable wireless LED scoreboards. I was initially brought on to develop their iOS app, but quickly gained more responsibility as I proved to be a hard working team member.- Developed software that runs on the device. It's designed to allow other clients connect and control the device.- Implemented a robust updating system that allows us to push updates and new features to boards that customers already have.- Made a native iOS and Android that connects to the Lederbord and allows the user to update and control the board.

As a member of the Low Voltage Systems Validation team, I worked on designing and developing a new internal technology that enabled engineers put data to work. My managers tasked me to solely develop the project, and I would have multiple weekly meetings with them to discuss key features and potential use cases. The project is currently being used to investigate trends in the fleet and provide confidence for new firmware builds.

2B Technologies provides customers with precise air quality measurement devices and specializes in ozone. I've worked on a wide variety of projects, and in a large range of the stack.AQ Treks: A citizen scientist project that engages high school students in collecting air pollution data. The program send Personal Air Monitors (PAMs) to schools, where students go on "treks" around their community to record the air pollution.- Created native iOS and Android apps that collect advertised Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) data from the PAM devices.- Wrote firmware that distributes information through Serial, Bluetooth, SD Card files, and a Web Server, so that users could easily access their data and control the settings of the device. The web server was written from the ground up in C because the library that shipped with the MCU had memory leaks, and was used to deliver a compiled React app that allowed the user to view the file system on the SD Card, download files, and change settings.- Refactored other large firmware source files into many smaller files that were easier to manage, and made development of new features much easier.- Developed a Dashboard (airqdb.com) in React that allows users view the data from their uploaded treks, as well as data from remote devices.Wearable Particulate Monitor: A small device that can be worn on the wrist that records either CO2 or Particulate Matter from single sensor or dual sensors.- Wrote firmware for the device in C and FreeRTOS (Real Time Operating System) that integrated with the same AQ Treks app. This allowed us to use a platform that we had already implemented and tested, and allowed users to view the data alongside other devices.- Designed and built a small multipurpose Printed Circuit Board (PCB) that could operate as either the CO2, single Particulate, or dual Particulate model. This saved on development and manufacturing costs, which allowed us to keep the device as cheap as possible.

A mobile application consulting company that I started in High School with some friends. We were registered as an official LLC in the state of Colorado, and worked with one client on developing an app. We also consulted on a couple of other projects, and released several other apps for our senior projects.A great first experience in entrepreneurship and coding.
