I currently manage the environmental group in the Central Division of AET. I am responsible for staffing, development, growth, and P&L of the environmental department. This includes client engagement and talent acquisition. Our clients routinely seek out AET for our expertise in due diligence of single site, portfolios, and corridors, LSI's, transportation, agriculture, excavation, regulated materials, asbestos work, and much more.I have managed projects of due diligence (Phase I and Phase II), remediation of former retail, pipeline, and bulk petroleum storage, large Superfund sites managed by the MPCA consisting of petroleum, pesticides, PFAS, and chlorinated solvent contamination, railroad sites with emergency response clean-up and follow-up investigations, and helped to move sites from active contamination to site closure and NFA. I also manage sites with active remediation systems and have experience with pump and treat, injection remedy, air sparge, and large-scale free product recovery sites. I strive to drive projects forward and work hard to maintain a clear scope, schedule, and budget for my clients. I have managed sites in MN, WI, IL, MO, and KS, and I'm able to work within each state's regulatory requirements.I am most engaged with complex work scopes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging subject matter experts, and managing a diverse portfolio of fast-paced projects. But, in addition to project management, I have a strong passion for managing, developing, and leading staff and helping them to grow professionally. I enjoy the operational and business side of consulting in addition to the technical aspects.
