- Initiator and lead for paper scheduling, data and task recording transitioning to paperless recording- Strong team communication skill and frequent feedback and ideas on how to improve operations and maintenance process, especially simplifying process procedures- Strong collaboration skill with Meter and Pay Stations manufacturers to solves issues, as well with other EasyPark departments- Experience in working closely with managers, determining and rectifying problems- Ensuring safety, security and alertness while performing monetary collection from pre-pay parking meters in parking lots

- Experience in training new employee regarding store daily operation and product knowledge - Excellent in managing and budgeting inventories as well as monitoring revenue and purchases- Experience in market research for products and liaising with supplier in getting the lowest price possible- Filing of Good and Service Tax/Harmonized Service Tax Return and Provisional Service Tax

- Market research on Chilled Beams- Data-trending

- Welcoming and serving guest at hotels and restaurants banquets

- Troubleshooting of communication radio set- Communicating with external telecommunication companies to install, relocate and terminate operational telephones lines and other telecommunication facilities and services - Drafting T-loan voucher and loaning of communication equipment, such radio set and cell phones.
