- Managing a team of application developers on client/server and mainframe platforms supporting the application change management and Systems Management Controls for the General Electric (GE) Capital data processing center.- Responsible for employee development, performance appraisals, mentoring, vendor relations, and customer satisfaction.- Supervising the process owners for Problem Management, Change Control, Service Request, and Inventory Control Management processes supporting client base of 30 GE Capital internal customers and more than 20 external customers.- Directed 1000’s of application and process transition hours from GE Capital Services Commercial Processing Systems to IBM Global Services processes.- Lead three software teams to meet Y2K readiness with contingency plans within project timelines.

- Managing a team of client/server and mainframe application developers supporting a client base of 30 GE Capital internal customers and more than 20 external customers.- Set strategic direction and standards for all infrastructure application and software solutions reporting directly to CIO.- Administered vendor relations on a $1.4 million software contract.- Managed a team of Lotus Notes application developers, supporting multiple Lotus Notes applications.- Through extensive research and vendor presentations, defined an asset management solution for the GE Capital accounts.- Participated in business quality initiatives to achieve GE Capital’s six sigma objectives.- Lead the conversion of the GE Capital mainframe application, INFOMAN application to a client/server application developed using Peregrine System Service Center.
