Managed the facilities of 12 locations throughout Southeast US and Jamaica. Maintained facilities presence at various sites, including call centers, contact centers, business offices, and data centers. This led to over $100K savings annually (custodial).• Created 5 Year Capital Asset tracker for end of life analysis which projected future spending needs by site and by category (Critical Power [Generator, UPS, ATS], CRAC, HVAC, Building [Interior & Exterior], Furniture, Lighting [LED Conversion], and carpet.• Single POC for all Landlord/Property Manager issues regarding CAM billing, lease language, lease adherence, access, and after-hours work needed.

Served as Facilities Technical Engineer for three commercial office sites in Indiana (West Lafayette, Indianapolis). Maintained tenant interactions, vendor management, security, landlord interactions, and custodial support services. Acted as IT liaison manager between Sales, IT, Accounting, remote/telework customers, Indiana based tenants and the landlords.
