On this project, I returned to the PHP and DevOps areas. I worked in a Swiss team on the implementation of a software related to finance. The backend project was characterized by REST API, Symfony, unit, and behat testing. However, I quickly shifted my focus to DevOps because the project started to grow significantly, and we needed a Kubernetes-based GCP environment alongside our existing Azure infrastructure. Therefore, I created the foundations using Terraform, and subsequently, I migrated our entire deployment process to GitHub from our previous GitLab solution. However, my most significant project was the development of a dynamically generatable environment. It was designed in such a way that when developers wanted to create a separate infrastructure for testing a feature, they would add a label to the pull request, and it would automatically spin up in the background with a new subdomain, all the services, and the latest database. Creating this solution required delving deeper into DNS management, setting up GitHub pipelines, and constructing dynamic Helm charts.

I started working at Green Fox as a contractor, where my task was to support learners as a mentor, helping them kickstart their careers in the IT industry. All the courses were conducted in English, and I supported the group members through lectures, group activities, and personal mentorship processes, sharing my own experiences. This was my first experience in teaching, and it was particularly challenging to present and explain complex programming problems to 20-30 people in a way that was understandable to everyone. This period greatly developed my communication skills, empathy, and, of course, my foundational knowledge of programming languages.

In 2018, the management of BÁV Faktor Zrt. approached me to build the development team for the FlexiBill project and create the later project called FlexiBill Digital Factoring and Smart Invoice. Designing and implementing the software were part of my responsibilities, but we had a long way to go. First and foremost, I focused on exploring the know-how, selecting the technology, and establishing all internal processes of the development team. Based on my previous experience, I aimed to prioritize scalability. Not only for application expansion, but also in setting up the infrastructure, I sought technologies and experts that would allow us to adapt to increased workload with minimal effort. Scalability was also a factor in forming the development team since we had to consider future expansion. Following that, we proceeded with designing the invoicing system, which brought forth the FlexiBill Smart Invoice project. During this period, I actively participated in infrastructure and backend development, and in 2020, I stepped back from the developer role and took on more responsibilities in management and the business side. I clarified the roles and made the team's work measurable and controllable in each sprint. I participated in the project with an ownership mindset, and our collaboration was successful. Not only were both projects delivered, but the leadership position also became clear. As a result, in October 2021, I was able to exit the company, knowing that the gears continue to turn smoothly.

At the beginning of 2017, I got a prompting offer to lead a booking site development included frontend and backend. The project is running on Symfony and I am responsible for the planning and implementation. We made a system to manage booking of plane tickets, hotel rooms, vehicle and internal services. The last one is an abstract system so it was really good challenge for me. We had to make a dynamic system where you can define custom routes, custom fields to entities and it is all in one Definition class. The internal service is able to manage all of the employees, bookings and registered services what the provider offers to the customers. We can start from an abstract system, where we can define the special sub provider types like beauty and wellness salon, massage salon, cleaning service salon with all the extra fields and special attributes, routes etc.

Oander produced eCommerce technology based on Magento 1 and 2. I was one of the main developers on iStyle. It is a huge site and they are the main importer of Apple products in 9 European countries including Hungary. In a normal period the site has 5000 visitors per day however when a new Apple product was advertised, the traffic jumped up and sometimes we got 30 purchases per second. We were responsible for the proper workflow and served iStyle with custom modules in order to help their sales management and help users to be able to purchase faster. We prepared the site for a massive load because during Black Friday the site got a really huge traffic and needed to be able to serve it. We worked on the shared distribution, cache solutions included Memcache, varnish cache and even the Magento block cache. Finally, the site was able to serve all visitors and purchases. In 2016 we closed the best year in terms of incomes.

Here I learned a lot about Symfony and expert level of programming. We were creating a social site like Reddit. I have contacted an advertising agency and worked there as a Symfony developer during my university years. Here we produced a custom admin interface for many little blogs and landing sites. The systems were similar to Wordpress.
