Achievements:• Developed over $134 million dollars of validated new requirements with the use of the resource models for the Army Reserve.• Supported the Army Reserve in attaining the readiness levels required in the National Security Strategy by ensuring budget requirements reflected in the Resource Models are fully and accurately stated in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution process. • Assisted in the development of the budget cost factors from site visits data, this aided the Army Reserve in attaining a funding level of $824M for Fiscal Year 2009 an increase of $250M dollars.

Achievements:• Developed and coordinated future funding requirements totaling $43 billion over a seven year period allowing the Army Reserve to continue to meet future readiness needs.• Achieved an unprecedented 80% overall skill qualification level by reallocating resources and increasing educational allotments for subordinate commands.• Identified training readiness inhibitors and implemented strategies to resolve the readiness issues, requiring coordination of Army schools in the government and commercial resources.• Developed and executed strategies to resource train and mobilize 11 Major Subordinate Commands consisting of 205,000 personnel for the Global War on Terror. Special Weapons officer including tactical nuclear weapons and the deployment of those weapons. Charged with coordinating the budget development and expenditures forecast for the financial needs for Army Reserve’s training schools and provided justification for requests to senior Pentagon officials.
