After completion of the Pittsburgh National Bank Retail Management Trainee Program I was promoted to Bank Officer. Assigned to the McKeesport Office to oversee daily branch operations under the supervision of a 30 year bank veteran. Participated in business commercial credit requests to gain on the job experience of credit review and approval process.Supervised a staff of 8 employees for delivery of retail bank products to the local community.Active member in the Mon-Yough Chamber of Commerce. Worked with McKeesport Regional Development Organization to assist local business needs for banking products and services.

Selected into the Retail Management Training Program. The program was designed to expose the new hire trainee to each area of bank operations. The on-the-job training included running a teller window, opening new retail deposit accounts, processing consumer loans. We were exposed to back office operations, dealer finance and call center operations. Participated in the Metropolitan Commercial Lending Training Certification Process which resulted in individual loan authority being granted of $75K once testing was complete. Before permanent office placement multiple office assignments were made to permit real life experiences of branch operations in different communities as staffing shortfalls occurred.
