Write and publish user guides, and create, edit, and produce training and demo videos for Virtustream IaaS and cloud management software products xStream, Viewtrust, and Advisor. Deliver training to clients, internal and external, remotely and on-site, internationally. Develop training materials through independent research and collaboration with SMEs. Develop training plans and consult with prospects, clients, and account team on training engagements.

Delivery of a diverse set of projects, both as manager and contributor: infrastructure current-state assessment and future-state architecture. Training design, development, and delivery, documentation work product development and QA oversight. Federal IT strategy and governance model development and deployment. Inauguration and management of technology community of practice. Development of Capgemini unemployment compensation solutions, developing proposals that deploy Capgemini collaborative and innovative solution implementation services surrounding the Oracle Labor Solution and uiLink, along with partners Oracle, EMC, HP, Dell, the Persimmon Group, and SI-Pros. Demonstration facility set-up for Oracle's Labor Solution and uiLink-based transfer solution for state unemployment. Manager, content developer, and editor for complex application development, modernization, and enhancement (DME) RFI and RFQ response for Federal government agency, drawing in partner companies, Capgemini outsourcing, technical services, and application support business units, as well as offshore content developers and engineers.

Analyzing current business needs, gaps in the technology in place, and providing the solutions in server, network, and storage systems.

I manage technology consulting services delivery throughout the southeast US. I work with the field sales organization to develop services opportunities for data center transformation services delivery, and then manage the delivery of the sold services throughout the project. I also work with managing partners to map the client needs observed in the field to Unisys services programs and offerings.

I was the regional sales support engineer for A Series - aka MCP platforms or CLearPath systems - for the Southern region. I worked closely with the regional sales manager and the field sales staff to analyze client business needs and map them to the MCP platform solutions. I developed and gave hundreds of client presentations, financial comparisons and ROIs, developed proposals, oversaw services delivery projects and worked with internal engineering staff on product development and troubleshooting.

I was the sole systems, database, and network support engineer at a large state agency processing facility in Jacksonville, FL. My duties consisted of maintaining the smooth operation of 6 large mainframe platforms that supported the State of FL statewide food stamp distribution and child support/public assistance management systems. I also supported the State of FL network support operations staff, who managed the statewide 3,000+ terminal network. I did all the mainframe and network troubleshooting, the upgrade of software releases for mainframe, network, and databases, trained client staff in troubleshooting techniques, wrote volumes of troubleshooting and utility software to make the state employees' jobs easier, and was the single go-to person for all Burroughs-related issues in this state agency.

I was part of a hospital information systems implementation project for 600-bed hospital in Jacksonville, FL. My job was to support the network, operating systems, and databases that were part of the application that the project was implementing. I managed releases, wrote operating system and network platform code, developed and executed project implementation plans, provided troubleshooting support for all project personnel, and trained hospital staff.

I developed mainframe operating systems and networking software back in a time when operating systems always got modified locally by clients, and networking software was in its infancy.
