Purchased business from prior owners and tripled revenue within 8 years. Twice elected to serve on CertaPro Franchise Owner's Association board of directors. Chaired Branding and Marketing Advisory Board and IT Advisory Boards.

United Thai Boxing & MMA offers traditional Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing) classes and training six days a week for students and fighters at all levels from beginners to professionals. We also have an MMA program that features training in wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for people interested in competing in MMA.

Advised on a wide variety of issues, including corporate governance, securities, executive compensation, and compliance programs. Served as interim manager of Hong Kong-based company secretarial department during search for permanent replacement.

Represented IBM during CFIUS investigation of proposed Lenovo acquisition of IBM PC division.

Negotiated joint venture/strategic alliance agreements with technology companies, represented telecommunications carriers in multiple proceedings at FCC and state utility commissions, represented various clients in federal litigation at pre-trial and appellate phases, advised numerous clients on privacy and technology-related issues.

Researched public and private sector training and workforce development programs, assisted in designing online information service targeting training and workforce development professionals.
