THON, done year-round, is the largest student-run philanthropy that leads to a 46 hour-long no sitting or sleeping dance marathon, all in order to find a cure for pediatric cancer and to support the families who had been, and still are affected by pediatric cancer. As a member of a THON promotions committee I worked with other content creators to create and write stories for the THON blog. Additionally, I had conducted interviews with THON dancers throughout the weekend to write feature articles.
