• Management of the biggest division in Czech subsidiary (40 people – ¼ of IDS Scheer CR staff) generating 50% of total turnover of IDS Scheer CR. Activities focused mainly to license sales and implementations of SAP.• Responsibility for business development, management of sales department.• Creation of new products proposed on the market.• Participation on proposal preparation, GO x NO GO procedures.• Sales strategy definitions, sales cycle management, presentations, negotiations and contractual negotiations.• Company representation on different occasions (conferences, Invex fair, SAP World Tour,…).• Cooperation in sales cycle and resource management with other IDS Scheer subsidiaries (for example SABIC, Globus, Lasselsberger).• Management Board Member. Participating in business related and back office support decisions.• Reporting to HQ related business activities (sales pipeline) and status of the most significant projects (project review).• New internal/external consultants hiring. Establishing of cooperation with other SAP consulting companies.• Participation in steering committees

• Resource and Project management• Participation on proposal preparation• Cooperation in resource management with other IDS Scheer subsidiaries• Reporting to HQ related status of the most significant projects (project review).• Establishing of cooperation with other SAP consulting companies.

• Head of the team of consultants and project managers (project managers) of about 15 people.• Conducting ongoing evaluation interviews, monitoring compliance with established quality and scope.• Preparation of documents for pay.• Preparation of implementation studies (detailed design) - analysis and proposals for the introduction of HR applications.• Design modifications for customers and where their testing.
