I am no longer interested in the next promotion, the next award, the next speaking engagement, the next conference, the next, the next the next. Instead, I am trying to focus on the present and answer questions that hold my interest. * How do we deploy technology and training in a distributed environment to ensure we consistently build the most qualified and capable teams to achieve our clients’ objectives? * How can we deploy data and measurement globally so that the narrative about out-of-home recognizes it is both a performance and awareness media?* How can we create performance based models such that our clients pay for results and not just posting? * How can OOH ratings be reconfigured to accurately adjust based on real-time effects in market versus annualized or bi-annual updates? * How do we understand and measure the environmental, Scope 3 impact of out-of-home campaigns enabling brands to deploy mitigation options that are sustainable, efficient and scalable? * Can platform technology uniformly aggregate the global out-of-home channel allowing a planner here, there, or anywhere to confidently plan a campaign that would connect with a local? I get to work with smart, dedicated, and kind people every day, each trying to answer some of these questions while posing their own. Billups is immensely courageous, and deeply curious about delivering brand value in the most creative ways possible, through media, data products and platform technology. Our amazing clients challenge us to think harder, make us smarter, and never settle. We create new solutions because of our clients needs and because we have a team of thinkers who can elegantly solve the most complex problems. Since joining Billups in 2018 we have achieved +4x revenue growth, acquired and integrated ten accretive companies and doubled our staff.
