• Lead 2-3 person teams in developing flight simulations of ballistic and cruise missiles. Design high fidelity 6 Degree-of-Freedom (6DOF) software packages used for physics based analysis by the Department of Defense. • Develop system requirements and coordinates both design and analysis work between departments.• Analyze aerodynamics, flight performance, stability and control, autopilot algorithms, propulsion, and debris fields of hyper-sonic flight systems. Systems include launch vehicles, orbital components, reentry vehicles, and all associated debris.• Perform analysis and design of complex Monte Carlo models, stochastic processes, and mathematical representations of orbital flight.• Utilize version control software (SVN, GIT) to track and maintain model and tool development.

• Provided oversight of suppliers during development of 737 Max Engine Inlet assembly robotic test cell. • Performed setup and troubleshooting of inlet assembly line test robotic cell, including tooling, fixtures, material handling, automated robotic drilling system, machine vision system, and equipment programming. Wrote and executed test plans validating robot and drilling end effector accuracy, repeatability, and compliance to safety specifications.• Designed and fabricated a prototype of a device that aids in the automation of sealant application to aircraft structure components. The device reduces human contact with hazardous materials as well as increases the precision and efficiency with which the sealant is applied. A patent was granted for the device in 2017 (Patent number: US9802215B2).
