This intense, 30-month program is providing me with deep-dives into multiple facets of HR including Service Center operations, Talent Acquisition, Early Talents initiatives, Rewards, Policies & Standards, Employee Relations and Learning - giving me a holistic, 360-degree view of HR's crucial role.With a firm commitment to continuous learning and personal growth, my role rotates approx every three months, hurling me into new challenges and projects, broadening my perspectives, and fine-tuning my problem-solving capabilities.
