I am responsible for SBM global infrastructure, Azure services, AWS, on-prem data center, and the global company network. I am working on improving company security by implementing Microsoft solutions and different security policies to protect company data and networks.

I enjoy helping Kaseya customers with their data backups and restores. VMware, Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, MS SQL, Exchange, Oracle backups, and restores. I manage 1000+ Kaseya cloud servers to ensure all cloud servers are healthy and customers' data is safe. Active monitoring with Nagios and Ansible automation. I train and help new engineers. - Found a 20x faster solution to resolve internal OpenVPN issues on Unitrends appliances, which saved a lot of time for the whole IT team. - Data of dozens of customers has been saved after a ransomware attack on their structure. Suggested solutions for ransomware attack prevention. To reduce business downtime secured and 10x boosted restore process for one customer by using a specific firewall and DMZ zone instead of affected Cisco.

Worked at CCT as a senior systems engineer and architect. Configured the whole network structure of the company's data center network (network, routers in HA mode, switches, Hyper-V cluster,...etc). Managed server structure, and network structure. Created a global VPN network between their offices and data center based on OpenVPN and pfSense routers. Created a secure network structure, with different network zones and different access policies to those zones. Including DMZ zone for 30+ publicly available VoIP servers. Installed, configured, and managed 100+ servers (Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, VoIP...etc) - Implemented Zabbix monitoring system with reports and real-time resolution of some problems. This solution improved the reliability and SLA of all systems. - Implemented Ansible system which automated a lot of tasks like updates, decreased the time to make changes on all systems, and improved the SLA of our systems.

Started working as a junior system administrator. Grew up as a senior systems engineer and network architect. Was leading a small IT team. I managed all servers in offices and data centers, offices networks, data center networks, VPN networks between them. Implemented IPv6 as a transport layer for VPN structure. - Implemented virtualization technologies to increase system scalability and reduce hardware costs, a few years later implemented VMware vSAN cluster. - Designed and implemented a huge VPN network between all servers in the cloud with strong security and fast access. - Implemented Zabbix monitoring system to reduce downtime and improve SLA for all systems. Configured and managed 500+ servers.
