The company commenced operations in 2020 with multiple acquisitions.

MC² is one of the largest Experiential Marketing Services firms, with offices throughout the US and Europe. The firm creates unique experiences, including live immersive activations, trade show exhibits, corporate events, custom environments, and unique mobile tours, utilizing cutting-edge technology such as VR, AR, special effects, and sensory activation solutions. MC² was a distressed private equity portfolio company. I completed a series of financial refinancings, operational restructurings, and strategic growth initiatives, including acquisitions and new business development. Sales and EBITDA improved substantially and the turnaround was completed with an equity sale to a European strategic buyer, MCH Group, in April 2017. I led the company through the equity sale process, including banker selection, offering memorandum preparation, diligence, and contract negotiation.My responsibilities included overall leadership of company profitability, financial management, business development, growth initiatives, production, and Board of Directors governance. I had complete oversight over Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Human Resources (HR), Operations, Marketing, Risk Management, Board Reporting, and Administration.I founded the MC² Experiential Studio, a service line that produces live experiential activations dedicated to Media & Entertainment, Sports and Consumer Brands. I was also the US leader for global new business development for MCH Group.

Created Portfolio Company Services service line, focused on performance improvement of portfolio companies of private equity investors and underperforming companies. Provided financial due diligence, financial modeling and negotiation for M&A transactions, on behalf of private equity investors, venture capital and corporations. Led engagements focused on post-merger integration, operational and financial turnaround, pre-IPO planning, and interim CEO and CFO services.
