David Kvitini has obtained his LL.B. at the Free University of Tbilisi and his LL.M. in International Business Law at the University of Georgia. Currently, David is a master’s student (MBA) in the Business and Technology University.During his studies, David was actively involved in extracurricular activities which include participation in the Central and Eastern European Moot Court Competition, Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition. Following his successful participation, he has been coaching the VisMoot Team of the Free University of Tbilisi since 2018.David’s professional experiences include fulfilling his job responsibilities as an intern in the Legal Department of National Bank of Georgia, as a junior associate in DLF Legal and as a lawyer in Foresight Investment Fund. Some of the most recent work experiences include serving as a chief lawyer in ExpatHub and as a lawyer in Solvo Partners.David is a member of the Georgian Bar Association with a specialization in civil law and a member-to-be of the Mediators Association of Georgia.In addition to his native Georgian, David is fluent in English.
