Performed in-depth analysis of glycan structure prediction with Alphafold and created large datasets involving glycan structural data. This work is aimed at enhancing existing machine learning models for improved antibody prediction accuracy.

Managed relations between affinity-based organizations and MIT faculty. Collaborated with multiple cultural organizations (Black, Latino, Indigenous) to develop action plans that would advocate for said affinity groups in light of recent affirmative action policies.

Collaborated with leading administration (e.g. Vice Chancellor) to develop proposals that impact current undergraduates, such as changes in General Institute Requirements and grading policies for research classes. Provided student-input during faculty-led meetings to drive policy changes that benefit both the student body and faculty. Conducted research on the creation of language learning models (LLMs) to predict mutated ribosome function. Aiming to discover a high-functioning ribosome variant which will streamline the process of creating therapeutic proteins for health. Mined databases to analyze 10,000,000+ tRNAs and tRNA synthetases (aaRS) in order to create ML models that optimize tRNA/aaRS binding.

Implemented full stack development to integrate a feature displaying loyalty program reject reason on the Google Merchant Center. Unblocked the launch of Loyalty Onboarding in the US and allowed over 33% of Merchants applying for loyalty programs to have their previously rejected loyalty programs accepted. Utilized Machine Learning service to identify and label different parts of apparel images. Optimized Google’s internal databases, allowing individuals to search for different types of apparels, paving the way for the creation of data that will be used to train Google’s image generation services.

Analyzed comorbidity risk factors and dietary risk factors in different racial groups to ascertain correlations with Prostate Cancer, resulting in greater understanding of potential risk factors that could be associated with Prostate Cancer.

Researched soil organic carbon (SOC) and various measurement methodologies. Compiled a comprehensive report synthesizing findings and insights on remote sensing techniques. Enhanced research presenting skills by providing the consortium with a holistic understanding of how companies are currently utilizing these technologies to measure SOC.
