Led the strategy, philosophy, and operations for the Durable Medical Equipment and Home Respiratory business. This business accounted for about 70 million a year in revenue and about 15 million a year in profit. Operationally supported and collaborated with the leaders of Skilled Home Health and Home Infusion to streamline operations and decrease costs.►Leadership-Key member of the Senior Leadership team that drove the companywide short term and long term strategy of the organization.►Growth-Led 5 mergers/acquisitions including the due diligence, redefining staffing and structure, communicating the vision, evolving process, and communicating/creating company strategies, philosophies, and culture.►Revenue/Sales Growth-Increased revenues from 30 million to 60 million through internal organic growth and mergers despite significant payer reductions.►Process Enhancement-Utilized LEAN Operational Improvement Initiatives and created a LEAN culture of thinking to create a 35% Contribution Margin. Developed an automated productivity system that significantly decreased cost per delivery.►Performance Improvement-Achieved Patient Perception of care initiatives (Press Ganey) through the identification of Patient Satisfaction Drivers, Rounding for Outcomes, and listening to the Voice of the Customer.►Communicator-Skilled communicator in articulating to all audiences including patient care practitioners, physicians, Board Members, and C-Suite leaders of our owner hospital systems.
