After some time in BEDO I have been given the responsibility for the second product of the project - BEDO SOS - unique security service. During my time of BEDO SOS product ownership I:◾️ Managed software development - business analysis of new features + backlog planning◾️ Business development activities led to partnerships with Europ Assistance, Innogy, Direct insurance and Securitas◾️ Managed marketing activities and public presentation (bedosos.cz webpage + digital ads)

After a week long project assessment in Nula where I had to build and present a business case for project, I was hired as project manager for BEDO project.My first responsibilities in BEDO were taking care of ecom logistics (shipping and stock) and handling customer support. I quickly started to take over some of my colleague's responsibilities and face new challenges. Finally, my role consisted of wide mix of business activities:◾️ Marketing - management, analysis, optimization and content creation ◾️ Finance - analysis, business case building, planning◾️ Logistics - shipping and stock◾️ Customer support

After Erasmus I wanted to look under the hood of marketing in corporate environment. L'Oréal was a great opportunity to experience marketing in a portfolio-wide company.My responsibilities were:◾️ Reporting on face care portfolio performance◾️ Research on market novelties◾️ Created copy for new product labels and digital campaign◾️ Managed creation of assets for Garnier Pure digital campaign

While on my Erasmus in Estonia, I was keen on looking into the rich startup scene of the country. I contacted a few projects that I found interesting and finally met Fred (Co-founder) over coffee, who sold me on the idea of the project. We have decided to team up and expand the business to Czech Republic.During my Erasmus stay I have managed to:◾️ Fully localise the platform to Czech language◾️ Develop a business plan, product proposal and identify key local stakeholders◾️ Close initial partnerships in Prague

In LYNX I have received a great opportunity to work on new expansion of the Czech business into the Polish market. I was part of a small team mentored by experienced colleagues from the Czech branch. Our responsibility was setting up and growing the business in the neighboring country.My main responsibilities:◾️ Transformation - Localizing the processes, products and communication for the new branch.◾️ Content - Creating interesting content about financial markets for blog, social media and digital ads. ◾️ Customer support - Taking care of the new clients from the Polish market.

I started my first job at Bruxx as I got into my first semester at university. Working mostly as a support staff for waiters, I could save enough mental energy to focus on studing.
