As a front desk agent, I worked helping guest feel welcome. My duties as a front desk agent were to check people in and out of the resort. As part of my everyday tasks, I had to work with a diverse number of payment forms. I achieve the Associate of the Month award while I worked there. This job was a way to explore the hospitality management profession.I cherish the experience gained at the Lodge of Four Seasons and the people I met during my time working for the Brown family.
