Camp Genesis is a group of professionals who have come together to share their knowledge and experience by developing a high-quality leadership camp for rising high school seniors. The kids who come to us to partake in the camp experience are as different as our team and our programming. Teens become part of a sharing community as a result of what we teach, the chances we provide, and the example we set.We cherish the world, the people who live in it, and the contribution that each individual can make as an organization. The values that are essential to us as a company are the same values that we try to impart in the youth we work with.Youth leadership is part of the youth development process and supports the young person in developing: (a) the ability to analyze his or her own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and vocational goals, and have the self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and abilities to carry them out (including the ability to establish support networks in order to fully participate in community life and effect positive social change); and (b) the ability to guide or direct others on a course of action, influence the opinions and behaviors of others, and serve as a role model).Camp Genesis offers 3-day weekend and one-week holiday sessions. from leadership programs, environmental awareness, to a variety of outdoor adventure activities for campers to unleash their potential. The mission of Camp Genesis is to provide every camper with the resources and experiences necessary to reach their full potential. Our goal is to create a safe environment where campers can have fun, feel part of a bigger community, and grow in their hard and soft skills, which is why we create programs around our four pillars: values, ethics, integrity, and character.

Focus on business growth, with emphasis on sales and targets • Monitor and analyse cinema P&L in order to determine growth versus loses • Maintain and train all staff on products offered by Ster-Kinekor• Assist and support all marketing activities, including activation, competitors and special events • Reporting• Develop and maintain relationships with center management and internal and external stakeholders • Manage budgets efficiently to achieve and exceed EBITDA targets• Recruitment and selection of cinema teams • Ensure all employees have completed the induction training and SOP training program. • Ensure all staff understand their job requirements and receive on the job coaching • Create and maintain a friendly and professional work culture, in alignment with the company values and code of conduct.• Complete performance reviews and ensure ongoing performance management for all staff on an ongoing basis • Manage Employee Relations in conjunction with the HR Manager• Ensure all payroll documentation is submitted timeously and accurately • Sign off on weekly stock variances• Ensure quality control standards are adhered to (recipe mix)• Sign off all orders for the week • Keep record of line performances and make recommendations and adjustments where necessary e.g.: stock orders, stocking counters, slow versus fast line items • Evaluate stock not selling and make arrangements for either promotions or IBT or return to suppliers• Influence content management relevant to your local market in conjunction with content manager• Ensure marketing brief is correctly executed • Ensure marketing and promotional material and initiatives are set up and executed in conjunction with marketing manager• Report on and manage all customer complaints in order to enhance customer experience • Ensure management presence on floor during show times i.e. observing GRO’s effectiveness with queue directing, cashier interaction, cashier service efficiency

Logistics: • Route plotting and planning • Picking orders and loading of private customer deliveries • Maintenance of staff hours, roasters and staff time keeping (drivers)• Hourly tracking of drivers, to maintain delivery schedule • Fleet maintenance and repairs • Customer service feedback on deliver i.e. orders delivered on time and correct • Stock and stock movements • Maintain relationship with third party cold stores and internal and external stake holders Operations: • Pulling daily system orders for production • Maintenance of Woolworths schedule for delivery • Product temperature control and quality assurance • Daily stock and accounts reports • Woolworths account compliance maintained • Service Level Agreements adhered to Dispatch: • Maintenance of staff hours, roasters and staff time keeping (in-house staff)• Picking stock and scanning orders for Woolworths • Follow up on Woolworths orders from production for delivery • Temperature control and maintenance of stock • Weight control and compliance to Woolworths standards and SOP • Day to day operational functions
