Served as the First Army HQ G2 Intelligence analyst. Responsible for creating daily intelligence reports to answer senior unit leadership priority intelligence requirements.Fulfilled First Army requirements to assist in planning for and securing Intelligence training resources in support of Reserve and National Guard personnel mobilizing.Planned and executed the G2 portion in key initiatives such as, training base expansion and Large Scale Mobilization Operations in response to possible national level conflict scenarios.

Led a 41-member team responsible for training development of current and future, aerial and ground based tactical level intelligence sensors for both aerial and ground based systems. Managed the team’s creation of requirements of emerging equipment in a complex environment involving several contracting companies and multiple military discipline’s equities developing new capabilities.Synchronized the team effort in doctrine and tactics training in conjunction with new equipment training for over 14 legacy tactical intelligence sensor systemsSupported operational testing by developing Training Test Support Packages (TTSP) for 14 Tactical Sensor systems to ensure that new tactical sensor systems acquired by the US Army were tested in accordance with requirements of the systems.

Led 94 Instructors assigned to the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence. This team trained over 200 human intelligence collector/analysts. Ensured that high ethical standards of operational lessons learned were followed and passed on to the next generation producing the best human intelligence collectors in the world.

Small group leader and instructor for the United States Army Military Intelligence Captains Career Course. Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring over 450 U.S. and allied country officers in the critical tasks required to succeed as a tactical Battalion S2 and Brigade Assistant S2. Instructed officers on current Army doctrine, and intelligence support to senior leadership for decision making purposes.Reviewed and updated lesson plans to ensure critical tasks were taught within the context of real-world operations.

Assistant Brigade forward deployed as CENTCOM's theater reserve and in garrison. Responsible for synthesizing and disseminating timely, accurate and predictive all source intelligence to the Brigade decision makers. Produce and brief intelligence updates in support of OPERATION SPARTAN SHIELD for the Brigade Commander's Staff Update Briefs and Commander Update Briefs. Acted as the Brigade S2 to develop and implement an overall training plan for the 148 brigade intelligence Soldiers. Oversaw a section of 6 Warrant and junior Officers, 4 Non-commissioned Officers, and 7 junior analysts.

Responsible for the coordination, supervision, and direction of all intelligence collection operations in support of a 780-soldier organization. Provided the commander with all-source intelligence assessments and estimates at the tactical and operational levels dealing with enemy capabilities, intention, vulnerabilities, effects of terrain and weather on operations, and predicted enemy courses of action. Directed a section of 15 soldiers in the tasking of information collection assets, producing threat estimates to support doctrine, training and combat developments. Managed signal intelligence operations including jamming and human intelligence collection in support of the battalion operations. Ensured proper dissemination of the resultant intelligence information and products to higher, adjacent and subordinate units.

Served as the assistant Intelligence officer for a unit of over 500 personnel deployed to Iraq. Synchronized all intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance assets with host nation security force officers for targeting and predictive analysis. Created daily intelligence briefings for the unit leadership decisions on operations. Selected above 4 senior officers and 2 peers to create and brief the unit’s retrograde route threat analysis to the Army Theater Leadership.

Trained 25 Soldiers for physically and academically for deployment. Maintained operational readiness and accountability for over $10 Million in equipment central to the brigade’s intelligence communications, operations, and analysis.
