Red Scarf Enterprises, LLC provides Consultation and Aviation Services for special aviation needs. Our mission is to be an enduring company by providing safe, reliable, and affordable aviation solutions that are an essential part of our customers’ needs. We have had contracts as Aircraft Sales Representative, conducted multiple UAS Support Operations across the nation, Flight Test Support operations, Airport Economic Impact Assessments, and Aircraft Ferry Services nationwide. We are also engaged regionally with aviation legislation from the Governor, U.S. Delegation members, and local governments to ensure public policies are aligned with safety, and economic development in Colorado. Working with a statewide non-profit business league, we have conducted numerous community awareness events speaking to thousands of community members about the importance of aviation in their community. The company is named for the distinct Red Scarf worn by all the aircrew during their time with the mighty USAF, MH-53 Pave Low, Special Operations Helicopter. The helicopter has since been retired, but the "Red Scarf" lives on with some of our staff being former members of the Pave Low Community.

Convert hard-to-find passive talent through an understanding of the business. • Manage relationships with recruiters, scholarly organizations, and industry contacts.• Conduct presentations at flight schools, pilot organizations, and scholarly institutions.• Manage school and university relationships. Develop a pipeline of interested scholarly organizations in order to aid in the growth of the pilot pool.• Manage candidate email inquiries, social media, and job boards.

Upon completing USAF Recruiting School as a Distinguished Graduate, I started out as an Enlisted Accessions Recruiter, recruiting the best and brightest young men and women for the USAF. This position required a lot of business development skills to keep up with demand and an ever-changing economic environment. During this time my area of responsibility was 10,000 square miles in two different states with 42 High Schools and Colleges assigned. Upon getting promoted and three years of successfully enlisting over 100 new USAF members, I moved to a position at Headquarters to manage Antiterrorism/Force Protection and Logistics, which included; Fleet Management, Applicant Transportation Program, Flight Coordinator, Budget Management, Loss Mitigation, and Property Management for 42 facilities, 96 personnel, and 68 vehicles, covering an eight states area over 450,000 square miles in size. This position also included working closely with the Marketing and Training Department with all events and national assets visiting our area of responsibility.

I flew operations on the MH-53J/M PaveLow helicopter and AC-130U Spooky Gunship conducting Day/Night, Adverse Weather sorties, using Night Vision Devices, and aerial weapons employment. During this time I also managed and lead sections in; Flight Operations, Flight Coordinator, Mission Planning, Crew Scheduling, Mobility Deployments, Weapons/Tactics, Safety Programs Management (weapons, ground, explosives, range, and flight), Publications Management, Resource Management, Department Management, Personnel Management, Administration Manager, and Crew Resource Management Facilitator. During this time period I accumulated ~3,000 hours of flight time (~900 hours of combat and ~1,300 hours on NVGs), received 8 Air Medals, Air Force Commendation Medal w/Valor, Air Force Combat Action Medal and Multiple Campaign Medals for service during combat.

Maintained, and loaded the weapon systems on F-15A/B/C/D/E, F-16C/D, MH-53J, and MH-60G aircraft. I was certified on all Air-to-Ground and Air-to-Air weapons for these aircraft as well as the Fire Control System to employ them. During my tenure I was evaluated over 100 times with a 99% pass rate and a 100% pass rate on approximately 50 evaluated Integrated Combat Turnarounds. Worked with numerous foreign and domestic military units to demonstrate how we accomplish our part of the mission safely and assist them in improving their procedures. I also worked as a member of an electronic phase inspection team. On this team we overhauled the Fire Control, Navigation, and Armament Systems on F-16C/D aircraft, increasing the reliability and accuracy of the aircraft by over 200%.

One of three owners in K2 Aviation LLC, specializing in aircraft management and acquisition with the intent purpose of putting our clients in the most current aircraft cockpits. Ensured company aircraft were always in compliance with regulations and they were down for minimal time for maintenance. Lead negotiator of aircraft and equipment purchases for the company, ensuring we stayed within budget to meet costumer needs. Continually identified potential clients who may be candidates for aircraft leaseback and management, making cold calls, establishing personal meetings, developed proposals, and placed aircraft in service to meet their needs. Networked within the aviation industry by attending events, as well as reaching out to industry influencers to develop relationships and expand aviation in our communities.

Working as an Aircraft Maintenance Apprentice on many different General Aviation, Agriculture, and Warbird aircraft at Shafter Airport, CA (KMIT) for various different companies and National Air Racing Teams. I had the privilege of working on such aircraft as Grumman Ag Cat, Ayres Thrush, Air Tractor, P-51D, AT-6/SNJ, T-28, P-40M, PT-17, and PT-19/23/26's. All this experience gave me a great foundation in aviation and I still work with some of these types of aircraft today.
