David Luck focuses on appellate litigation in federal court and Florida state court, including brief writing and oral argument. Mr. Luck has argued appeals in the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court, and Florida’s District Courts of Appeal.He also provides pretrial, trial, and post-trial civil litigation support in federal court and Florida state court, including drafting and arguing complex pre-trial motions, case-dispositive motions, jury instructions, and post-trial motions. Mr. Luck’s areas of concentration include products liability, general commercial litigation, insurance coverage and alleged bad faith, and personal-injury defense. Before entering private practice, Mr. Luck clerked for Justice R. Fred Lewis of the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Luck has also been a member of the Florida Bar’s Appellate Court Rules Committee, and, for the past six years, has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star.
