David Payne is one of the original founders of CAC Specialty and serves on CAC’s Board of Directors. David serves as Chief Revenue Officer, focused on product and industry growth strategies for CAC's business. In addition, David created CAC’s Special Situations group, which focuses on distressed and bankruptcy clients, and is also the executive sponsor for CAC’s M&A Solutions business David’s previous experience as a commercial and investment banker brings a unique perspective to the U.S. insurance marketplace. He has specialized experience working with the M&A and global turnaround communities on insurance solutions for complex risks.Prior to CAC, David served as EVP and Chief Revenue Officer at JLT and part of their U.S. executive committee; an EVP with Aon, running national sales and participating on Aon’s U.S. executive committee; and served as a Managing Director with Credit Lyonnais (now part of Credit Agricole).
