As the Revenue Project Manager, I oversee two Client Accrual Specialists; one Boston based and the other is located in London. This newly formed team will ultimately be responsible for producing and distributing all the client accruals that the firm handles. In this role I'm also responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the "transactional deal work" portion of our firm's inventory. This means reporting back to the Director of Finance and the CFO. This position also serves as a liaison between Revenue teams at Ropes; Cash, Collections, Billing, and Revenue Compliance. I work closely with many other department Managers & Directors in order to bridge the gap between our Revenue team & the rest of the firm. Finally, I'm part of many different projects such as Culture Club, 3E training, 3E implementation & upgrades, and the mentor program.

Oversee a team of Billing Supervisors & Client Team Leads. Also responsible for indirect reports as well as assisting the Billing Manager with running the overall department. A few essential responsibilities included monthly reporting and analysis for billing target months, adhoc reporting for billed in advance monies, co-leading training sessions for our new 3E software system, and helping to implement process improvements for our Electronic Billing team.

Oversee a team of 5 direct reports as well as 6 indirect reports. On top of this, I'm also involved in overseeing our entire E-Billing Team. Three of my direct reports are Client Team Leads and the other two direct reports are Senior Billing Coordinators. All direct reports are responsible for a book of business that includes billing/collecting for a few high profile clients as well as multiple different Billing Attorney's. Two of the direct reports (Client Team Leads) assist in overseeing and improving the Electronic Billing team. The E-Billing group contains 4 full time E-Billers as well as 8 individuals in a combined role (perform both Billing & E-Billing functions on a daily basis). These two Team Leads and I have implemented processes & procedures which aim to streamline efforts, enhance reporting capabilities, and maintain consistent revenue generation. Our team works with various other groups such as Pricing, Legal Project Management and our Financial Planning & Analysis team. Additionally, I work closely with our Billing Manager on various other department functions. This includes a yearly analysis/comparison of work load for each team member in our group, ongoing 3E implementation software strategies (2 year project), many reporting requests such as aged inventory balances and "at risk" inventory research, "skip level" meetings within our department & across all US offices as well as various other ad hoc tasks.
