Presently working in medical device testing and managing about ten scientists largely involved in data acquisition. Also I have experience in both consumer packaged goods (CPG) and the pharmaceutical industry (OTC and Rx) including formulation and combination product experience. Among my most interesting work was being on a project team for a new Robitussin formulation, and in a group working on a nasal spray product, with orphan drug status. I also have a strong background in analytical chemistry and regulated lab environments (cGMP, FDA). What I have enjoyed most is seeing projects advance into meeting an unmet need of consumers and naturally solving problems, thinking strategically, and being creative; I believe all this stems from my inquisitive nature. I recently completed the Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) course at the University of St. Thomas. I believe this compliments the duties of much of my recent work, where the work was very project centric and involved working with a large internal and external multidisciplinary team(s).
