I am a very social, outgoing person so I really enjoy teamwork. I learn so much when I work with other people with different skills and experiences. I also take great satisfaction in achieving goals with a team as we can celebrate our successes together.I consider myself to be a natural leader. I enjoy helping others learn new things, and it's very satisfying to me to help my team develop their skills. However, I also strive to listen to the concerns and opinions of my team.
