· In charge of the Business Unit Ports in TOGO, including 3 handling and logistics firms: TOGO TERMINAL, LOMEMULTIPURPOSE TERMINAL and TERMINAUX CONVENTIONNELS DE LOME – 850 employees· Oversaw the acquisition of the number 2 competitor NECOTRANS and facilitated the company’s integration. Auditing,accounts cleanup, set up of Group procedures during the first 6 months· Supervise the financial team of 22 employees· Lead several fiscal adjustments notified by the Tax Administration· Produce yearly financial statements

· Reported directly to the area CFO· In charge of Management control for all BOLLORE Group subsidiaries in COTE D’IVOIRE· Established and reviewed budget forecasting· Ran a team of 5 Controllers

· Audit of international firms’ subsidiaries: CFAO, BOLLORE GROUP· Audit of local companies in the banking, transit and retail sector· Several missions for oil firms within the subregion (CONGO, NIGERIA, …)· Internal management of the local ressources: technical trainings, recruitment

· Specialized in audit for the insurance sector and services (SODEXHO)· Participated to Due diligence process (WINTERTHUR acquisition)
