Under the framework of the Act, the role of the Registrar is to assist in the delivery of sustainable and viable outcomes for the tourist and heritage rail sector, by working collaboratively with the sixteen (16) tourist and heritage rail operators and other interested stakeholders across the State, on matters relating to land tenure; asset allocation, asset maintenance and insurance.
