These results were made possible by leading the following projects: o Adjustment and modernization of the products to current market conditionso Company relaunch o Automatization and systematization process of the company, ensuring a safe and efficient operation in the bonds and civil liability lines • Through his leadership, David made possible the expansion and consolidation, not only of the company sales force, but also of the intermediaties’, including the most important insurance brokers in the country, building a robust and committed sales team which reached and surpassed the established sales goals.

He was in charge of develping commercial, technical and customer service related strategies aiming to achieve the goals set in terms of production, technical results and service objectives. Similarly, service response time imporved by 30%, in comparison to previous standards, and claims costs decreased by 10% overall and by more than 15% in the automotive insurance line.
