Middle Office Solutions was a fintech software company dedicated to helping financial institutions optimize trade settlement processes by increasing efficiency, reducing risk, and driving greater operational performance.My role as COO was to lead business and product strategies, working closely with our global asset manager clients to build transformational and innovative technology solutions that has forever changed the middle and back office.Middle Office Solutions flagship product FailStation remains to this day the premiere fails management application in the industry.As a co-founder of a start-up my role evolved over time as I had to wear many hats at each point through our companies journey. From capital raising to sales from development manager to production support manager from filling the water cooler to HR manager. No day was ever the same, which as I look back was the most fulfilling and exciting times of my career. We were able to evolve and grow into a industry leading software provider and I could not be prouder of all the employees and partners who contributed to our success prior to our successful acquisition to Bloomberg.

- Responsible for retail syndicate implementation projects from inception to completion.
