Team leader for numerous product design projects. Conducted all phases of development process including specification definition, feasibility, conceptualization, preliminary, detailed and final design. Performed design analysis, prototype fabrication and evaluation as well as design documentation and production support. Products included electronics packaging, injection molded plastic, sheet metal, cast, dip brazed and welded designs.

Worked with engineering test group to design, fabricate, document, install and support mechanical test apparatus for automotive emissions control. Designs included rapid cool down unit, injector leak test fixture and canister test stand layout.

Designed electronic packaging of military radio products focusing in shock and vibration, thermal, and rugged environment design. Directed efforts of technician and drafting personnel as well as project scheduling. Conducted customer design reviews.
