Role focused on driving sales and growing the Montréal business while promoting the Brunello Cucinelli brand and philosophy. Leading as an enabler, my approach was to coach and support the sales team and to mentor and develop each individual’s sense of ownership and potential as a successful retailer. As ambassador for our Montréal men’s (and previously women’s) team and market, my role was to assess our business needs, identify the various corporate partners to support us, and to create and maintain the channels of communication. As an operationally savvy manager, my role included (and was not restricted to) maintaining elevated company standards of merchandising and visual presentation, inventory management and close monitoring of KPI’s.

Serge & Réal was a high-end Montréal-based couture house and ready-to-wear retailer with points of sale in Montréal, New York and Palm Beach. My role here was multi-faceted: sales management of couture and ready-to-wear, buyer of ready-to-wear, sales and customer service, merchandising and visual presentation, responsible for import/ export.

Directed and led sales teams at Chanel, Prada and Giorgio Armani. Also executed buys for Chanle ready-to-wear and accessories

Assigned to Tiffany & Co. to turn around and grow the business within very short delays.
