Dave is an experienced executive with 34 years of experience in operations, strategic marketing, business development, marketing, finance and administration, and design, planning, and project implementation. During his tenure at RBA he was responsible for the daily operation of the New York, Long Island, Connecticut and Philadelphia offices for RBA ($20+ million in revenues). His responsibilities included creation of the long range business development strategy and growth plans for expanding individual business line opportunities. David acted as RBA’s lead marketing liaison for all client based relations for multiple state, county and local municipal agencies. In addition, Dave oversaw all the daily business operations including, marketing, billing, accounts receivable and human resources for over 125 employees.In August 2015 Dave assumed management RBA’s entire $40 Million (230 employees) portfolio in the role of President of RBA . David served on the company’s Board of Directors from 2007-2015. David’s related experience includes master planning, urban design, roadway design, construction, traffic planning and signalization, and environmental assessment. He has brought his commitment to the development of sustainable transportation facilities to a broad range of clients and communities throughout the NY/LI/CT metropolitan area. With a chosen focus in the planning, design and implementation, he has embraced the need to plan and design for a sustainable transportation network and quality communities. He has lead his staff to work in a truly inter-disciplinary manner that affords clients a comprehensive range of services that meets all needs of the planning, design and construction process.David earned a BA in Environmental Planning and Design from SUNY Buffalo and a MS in Transportation Planning and Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic/NYU. He is an active member in ITE and ACEC where he served on the ACEC State Board of Directors for 2 years.
