Oversite of the IT Project Portfolio Management process for the IT leadership team. Accountable for the communication of all project and program costs, status, risks and deliverables to project stakeholders throughout the business

Project Management team lead for the Chipotle IT Infrastructure team. Responsible for portfolio management, project intake and process development using a combination of both traditional and Agile project management practices. Responsibilities include leading daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.

Responsible for the identification, definition, analysis, prioritization and ongoing refinement of IT Technical Operations requirements. Work with Solutions Architects, Systems Managers and Directors, as well as other team members, to understand features and requirements in order to communicate those requirements to IT operations teams. Additionally, responsible for setting (internal) customer expectations and relaying lead times and status on specific technical initiatives/features requested. Principal duties and responsibilities:- Translate high-level roadmap items/themes/epics into detailed requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria.-Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations Management and Technical leads to plan and execute successful Sprint Planning sessions, as well as Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.- Writes and maintains product requirements by performing business analysis, working with other team members to understand use cases, specifications and best/standard practices.- Works with the Operational Management team members to improve team efficiency and effectiveness, manage risk, and deliver high value to internal customers.- Works with Solutions Architects and other Technical Product Managers to identify changes to SOWs, as needed.
