I’m also their tech support.• Product Owner and Program Manager for development and implementation of an Arcos Product called Workbench to digitize jobs worked by electrical construction crews.• Developer of post job processing database to automatically generate customer specific engineering and billing information for each job using data from the Arcos system.• Prototype system to take fixed bid electrical transmission jobs and convert them to unit type jobs that allow for real time tracking of work completed so we can monitor P&L performance on each job.• Product owner of a new electronic timesheet system that allows a foreman to submit time for crew and equipment to facilitate accurate customer billing.• Developer of training and field deployment programs for the technology• Lead field trainer.
